Dispatch Time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed.

Packaging

Orders are shipped in insulated, protective packaging.

Delivery

We currently ship to Serbia, with the European Union and additional countries coming soon. Delivery times vary by destination and courier.

Payment

Orders are paid by credit or debit card at checkout, on a secure external payment page. We dispatch your order once payment is confirmed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date — with photo documentation for damaged shipments — to hello@perfectionresearch.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
