This policy explains what personal data PerfectionResearch (“we”, “us”) collects through perfectionresearch.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. The website is operated by Grem Group LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. You can contact us at hello@perfectionresearch.com.
What we collect
- Account and order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the products you order, your order history and any notes you add.
- Payment: you pay by credit or debit card on a secure external payment page run by our payment provider. Your card details are entered there and are never received or stored by this website. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded or failed, together with the order reference.
- Partner program: if you join, your account details, referral or discount code, referral and commission records, and any payout details you give us.
- Messages: emails and messages you send to us, and our replies.
- Comments: if you leave a comment, the name and email you enter, your IP address and browser details, which are used for spam detection.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you reached the site, recorded in standard server logs and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Confirmation: a record in your browser that you confirmed the age and research-use statements.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To process, ship and support your order, and to contact you about it: performance of our contract with you.
- To take payment and prevent fraud: performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in protecting the shop.
- To run the partner program and pay commissions: performance of our contract with partners.
- To send marketing emails, only if you subscribe: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam: our legitimate interests.
- To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who need it to deliver what you asked for, and only to the extent necessary:
- our payment provider, which receives the order reference, amount and the details needed to take your card payment;
- couriers and delivery partners, which receive your name, delivery address and phone number;
- our website hosting and email providers, which host the site and send and receive email from hello@perfectionresearch.com;
- a spam-detection service for comments;
- Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads its fonts;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our providers are located in or process data in the United States or elsewhere outside Serbia and the European Union. Where this applies we rely on appropriate safeguards required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account data for as long as needed to fulfil the order and then for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require. Marketing subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Comments are kept until they are deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to withdraw any consent you gave. Email hello@perfectionresearch.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Serbia this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and card payments are handled on the payment provider’s own secure page. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
Age
This website is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
