Cash-on-Delivery Orders

Because orders are fulfilled Cash on Delivery, no payment is taken until the courier hands over your package. If you refuse delivery, you are not charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact support@perfectionresearch.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation, and we'll arrange a replacement or credit.

Change of Mind

Because these are laboratory research materials, we're unable to accept returns once a package has been delivered and accepted, other than in the damaged/incorrect-order cases above.

Lost Shipments

If your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable window of the expected delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or credit if the shipment is confirmed lost.
