Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to process and fulfill an order:

  • Contact and shipping details — name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, entered at checkout.
  • Order details — the products, quantities, and any promo code applied.

We do not collect payment card data. Orders are fulfilled Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier directly, and no card or bank details pass through this site.

Cookies and Local Storage

The site uses browser local storage for functional purposes only, never for advertising or cross-site tracking:

  • pr_cart — the contents of your shopping cart.
  • pr_cookie_choice — whether you accepted or declined cookies.
  • pr_promo — a promo code you've entered or arrived with via a link.
  • pr_age_verified — confirmation that you passed the age/research-use gate, so it isn't shown again.
  • pr_geo_choice — your response to the language-suggestion banner.

All of this data stays in your browser and is never transmitted to us unless it's part of an order you submit.

IP Address / Geolocation

When you load a page, our hosting infrastructure (Netlify Edge Functions) reads the country associated with your IP address to suggest the correct language version of the site. This lookup happens transiently on each request — the IP address itself is not logged, stored, or retained by us.

How We Use Information

Order information is used solely to fulfill your order: to prepare, package, and ship it, and to contact you if there's a question about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where Information Is Stored

Order submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, our hosting provider's form-handling service. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.

Data Retention

We retain order records for as long as necessary to fulfill the order and comply with any applicable recordkeeping obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your Rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by contacting support@perfectionresearch.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local law (for example, GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA).
