We currently ship to Serbia, with the European Union and additional countries coming soon. Delivery times vary by destination and courier.

Orders are fulfilled Cash on Delivery — you pay the courier directly when your order arrives. No payment is collected online.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date — with photo documentation for damaged shipments — to hello@perfectionresearch.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or credit.
